Our approach

Engagement

This first stage is all about helping people feel safe, supported, and ready to learn again. We work with individuals who may have faced challenges such as emotional or behavioural difficulties, social barriers, or past trauma. By offering a calm, welcoming environment, we focus on building trust, confidence, and resilience. Activities often include wellbeing support, community-based projects, and everyday life skills helping learners feel more settled and prepared to take their next steps.

Recovery

Once learners feel more confident and settled, we help them build up the skills they may have missed along the way. This stage focuses on strengthening core literacy and numeracy, often through Functional Skills, and introducing practical vocational activities. The aim is to boost confidence, close key skill gaps, and give learners the tools they need to move forward into further learning or work.

Progression

In the third and ultimate stage, learners work towards recognised qualifications that support long-term success. This could include Entry Level, Level 1, or Level 2 qualifications, depending on their goals. These achievements help open doors to further education, apprenticeships, or employment, supporting learners to move confidently into the next chapter of their journey.
